Well, there is 19 seeds that have the nice zebra stripping and I am germinating them now. I think i found a really nice place to plant them and I have a friend willing to help watering and harvesting.

Just because I didn't know all that much about what to do with males doesn't mean I am capable of growing. And I am doing alot of research. Ya, these forums are aweosme.

So ya, about 18 of them are good looking. Infact, I should check them now, see if they are ready.

IMHO if you were reading up before i posted this you obviously weren't reading enough I have been a member since march but a long time reader of the city and male/female was the first thing I figured out. I did a good year of research before I even considered starting a grow. Just an idea.

its more then watering and harvesting it, have you even looked into drying, curing, nutes, pest control, LST, topping, SOG???? theres so much more you have to learn especially if you didn't know that males didn't produce bud, sorry bud

i'm just going to consider this forum closed if you have any other questions just read the forum for a good 30 minutes to an hour and if you dont find it there google it because everything is found on the internet how do you think i learned how to grow

Yea man if you have the time then go for keeping male and female. But since ur just getting into it i doubt you know how to make hash and shyt. So I would not spend ur time tending to the males when ya could be working on the females. Males sometimes from experience can produce bud...but thats rare shyt. And no fun to smoke. Keep reading up on this sight in your free time. Growing is a skill. Just takes experience. Dont let people get ya down. And the most important thing to know is. Keep your babies a secret. The less people that know (even close and trustworthy friends) the better.

Op I don't think you have quite done enough planning about what you are trying to do. Weed can grow in a lot of places, but it does take some taking care of. Not to mention these plants are going to be huge, and have you thought about how you will have to be making regular trips to their locaiton to water/check on them?

I'd germinate your 20 seeds, and plant 10. kill all the males that pop up, and if its a secluded area you should be fine

I guess the main question I want answered is, yeah your living with your mom big deal it happens I lived with my mom too till I was 20 but where are you going to dry and cure this big ol' crop of 20 females you got going on (granted its not going to be that way I know) but have you even taken this into thought??? growing and curing is just as important as growing the plant itself??? are you going to be able to check on your drying crop 1-2 times a day and your curing crop 4-5 times a day??? I just think you need to read for a good year (like i did) get your shit figured out from germination to smoke. . . . then execute otherwise your more then likely to get a shittier product
