C.A.P. High Temp Shutdown w/Delay

I am currently looking for a C.A.P. High Temp Shutdown w/Delay HLC-3(e) and am trying to find a good online store that sells them and will ship to Canada. I've done some searching and found some, but would like to hear from someone who has actually ordered from the online store.

I Don't trust some of these sites so any opinions on what store to go with is much appreciated! Need this to help kill some more paranoia surrounding fan failures even though the chances are slim to nil.

I should also mention that I am looking for any device that will shut off power if the temp rises to high. It doesn't have to be the HLC-3, it just seems to be the main one I see. It also has a 15min restart delay to prevent your laps from hot starting.
