Yellowing of leaves

I woke up and noticed that on one of my plants, the leaves have began to turn a little yellow on me.

(Growing in soil, 9 days old, just fertilized on Sunday for the first time.)

I checked the pH and it is fine, I checked the Phosphorus levels, they are fine as well.

It is just the top two leaves on my plant. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

I know it isn't light burn.

More info needed.
How old is your plant?
What type of soil?
What type of nutes did you use? How much?

As stated above...

for the record, I listed the age ^^

but:

9 Days old

Miracle grow potting soil

fertilizer is Flora Nova

Two teaspoons of Flora Nova to Half gallon of water.

I diluted the mixture heavily to avoid burning at all costs, and I was going to slowly make it more potent. I did spray the leaves a little, could that have something to do with it?

MG soil typically has nutes in it, and with the added nutes you gave it the likely diagnosis is nute burn. mj plants don't need any nutes until 2-3 weeks old. give the soil a good flush is my recommendation.

i agree.. a 9 day old plant doesn't need nutes at all.

are you using the miracle grow organic or the regular kind?

agreed as well, but id like to add that miralce gro soil (non organic) is bad for mj plants, b/c they contain timed release ferts in them, which is why its bad, so unless your a expert grower, id toss that soil when transplant time comes & go organic, other wise youll have ph probs through out your grow from the timed released ferts.

thanks for the advice, this is a test grow anyhow. I plan on using Fox farm organic soils next round and flora nova during the flowering stage. I am going to grow in an earthbox, I read a great review about it.

Funny story about the earthbox,

My dad does outdoor gardening as a hobby, he is great at it and has been doing it all of his life. He grows anything (vegetable wise) that you can think of.

I went to his house to visit him a few days ago and noticed that he had tomatoes growing in this rectangle planter looking thing.

The first thing that popped into my head was "that would be great for growing mj"

So I went home and was looking through the June issue of High Times, I started reading a review of this product called earthbox.

They gave great reviews, and as it turns out, my dad has two of them. He is willing to give me one to "experiment" with indoor vegetable growing.

Anyhow, here is their website, http://www.earthbox.com/

oh, and the issue of Hightimes was either June of 2008 or the Grow guide 2008
