Help dried out nute dificiency

Hey can can anyone help me My indica strain is really burnt bad I think it has a combination of problems I have two plants one sativa and one indica which are growing together both in veg stage for about a month. Topped the plants one later than the other and once I topped this ata tunda indica from seedmans the plant began drink very fast. Then I left for two days gave it a full quart of water in its reservoir and when i came home the plant was extremely wilted leave folded in and began curling up completely. Now the plant seems to be recovering as I replaced its normal strength nutes to 1/4 strength or even less making sure it was well rounded so it wouldn't suffer from another deficiency. I have pics and I was wondering if I should get rid of the infected leaves as they look almost no good pics to follow
