will these work or do the cfls have to explicitly state that they are "daytime" lighting?

or if anyone has any good idea for places to buy cfls in person, (not online) that'd be cool too. I checked out home depot but their max that they have is 27w. I'm looking for 180-210 watts total... I don't want to use like 7-8 fixtures if i can help it... unless someone has a cheap/easy fix on that too. I'll be doing my grow in an approximate 2'X2' area (height is no issue) so id like to have the least amount of lights for a decent grow possible.

Home Depot, Lowes, Wal-Mart etc should have those CFL's and yes they are fine.

i finally just said screw it and ordered an hps cuz it was gonna be around the same price as the set up i was gonna build and hps is usually considered better and itll be easier.
