I have been told that they are different and it's hard to say what is good. Anyone??

Youve been told correctly, what are the best nutrients argument is like what is the best console, itll vary from user to user and dependable on circumstances, i dont think u can go too far wrong with nutrients, use a reputable company, and after that its personal preference
