Quick question...

I have had a plant going for about 2 weeks and it's growing great, but the leaves are getting big and the stem wants to fold over.. How can I make the stalk stronger?

Also I think I need a bigger pot soon.. Whats the best way to transplant without hurting the roots?

The best way to do both of those things is to do some background research before you start growing. Also, if the stem is too weak at two weeks into growing, the plant may be stretching, which causes skinny and feeble stems. You'll want to have the plant closer to the light if you can manage it in that case.

However, to strengthen the stalk you can have a fan gently blow air across it all the time, which over time will strengthen it. If you need to stabilize it sooner, you can put a stake into the soil and then tie the stem of your plant to it.

The best way to transplant, in my experience, is to fill your new pot with soil, and then make a depression in it about the same diameter as your current pot. Then, GENTLY work an object (like a pen knife blade) around between the soil and the pot, all the way around. Then work your fingers down into the soil at the edges (the same place you were working the pen knife), and GENTLY scoop the soil up as best you can. You'll lose some, but you'll probably be able to get the entire root ball up. Then place the root ball into the depression in the soil of the new pot, and bury up to the stem. Then make sure not to give the plant any ferts for a week or so at least.
