how many plants

Im building a 3x3x3.5 grow box how many plants can i fit comfortably in there..im doin low stress training..also tell me how many lights imma need and wat kind that would be awesome..i cant find that table that tells you all this shit..

dont take this as expert advice, im growing for the first time myself, i have a 1 meter (length) x 1 meter (width) x 2 meter (height), now there are about 3 and 1/3 feet in every meter so our grow rooms are not too unalike (though mine would be higher but so far i have not seen a need for higher - bout a month through, maybe month n half) I'm growing 6 plants in this space, using a 400watt metal halide bulb for vegging, and will switch to a 400watt HPS bulb for flowering, dunno if this is an ideal setup, u can check out my signature for a link to see what it looks like, this may be different though due to u doing lst, im merely growing normally. I'd imagine itd depend on how many pots u can fit into your grow room, leave a bit of space in between them, other than that lst is done with 5 gallon pots isnt it ? which would limit space anyways. probably 2-3 depending on strain traits, and planter size... with that low of head space you'll have to flower after limited veg time.... figuring every strand i've grown has doubled at most when put into flower.
