smoking and usage

ok so i'm just getting started with my plants and 3 are about 6 - 10 inches tall and the other 4 are barely sprouting.

Now my question is. When will i know they are females and if they are males what do i do with them? Do i remove em and kill em? give em away? what? What are the right steps in getting through the first month or two?

Males don't produce buds so they are worthless and they will make your females have seeds in them if you allow them to pollenate so just trash them.

they usually dont show sex for a while, i've seen some as early as 1 - 1 1/2 months into veg; as for the males, u can seperate them from the grow room, and when the first pods start to open u can collect them in a film container or bag, to later "spot" pollonate your females to keep the genetics. or u can just toss em if its just bag seed or something u dont care about. my only advice is to keep it simple-
note: ive never started seeds on 12/12- id assume that if one did... it would show sex within a couple weeks.
