First Grow Need Help For The Grow Setup

I've just started my plants today and i wanted to know if my grow room will work fine.
I plan to grow 2-3-4 weeks indoor with my grow setup and then just continue in outdoor

20$ Grow Setup = 2 60W Grow Spot and a electrical setup.

So I want to know your opinion about this growbox?

Currently 3 Seeds have germed( The 3 soil glass)
And 5 more seeds are in the water bottle(Waiting for the germs)
Plan to have 8 plants.

dont use tin foil. It creates heat spots and doesnt reflect light all that well.

Not bad but switch those bulbs for some good cfl's and trade the foil for potatoe chip bags[turn the bags inside out]. Other than that good luck.

Yeah you need to change thoes bulbs to some cfls, Use something other then tin foil on the walls (the inside of chip bags like comrade said will work), and don't use clear cups.

Incandescent light bulbs which are just regular bulbs like you have produce WAY too much heat and don't give off the right light. So your plants will streach and/or burn and eventually die.You use 6500k cfls for veging and 2700k cfls for flowering (Nvm about the flowering cfls since your going to grow outside but I figured it's good to know anyway). As for the tin foil....like Giroldo said it creates hot spots and doesn't reflect very well. You can paint the walls flat white if you want and that will reflect better, but not as good as mylar. And roots like the darkness so clear cups aren't good to use.

^exactly.
When you switch bulbs as you should, they should be within 1-2 inches as well.

CFLs - veg vs flower

Hi - just reading your Light Guide about the CFLs
I was under the impression that the cool, natural light (lower temp - blue) would be for vegetative and the soft white lights (higher colour temp - red) would be for flowering - but in your guide you have this reversed. Am I reading it wrong?
Also - for a first-time cheap stealth grow - are CFLs ok to use all the way through - was also looking into getting some LEDs for flowering - what is your thought on this - how many watts (LED) for 4 plants in a 4x4 space (SOG)? in addition to CFLs - 4 x 40w CFLs - one per plant?
Cheers,

Yea, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to a few days depending on how deep you planted them?
Be sure to keep the top soil moist with an often spray. Pouring can compact the soil and lower the seed making it harder to sprout. Spraying will gently make sure the seed gets water and keeps the soil move able.
Get those bulbs to get 1-2 inches from the tops of the cups to help as well. As mentioned before, you will soon want to replace that foil with something else. Emergency blankets are cheaper than 1 dollar a piece.
