Whats the best setup for this small space?

You can do it quite easily with the 20w, however you're definately going to be needing some daylight bulbs in there too (6500kelvin).

The 200w or 125w envirolites will work too, i got a 125w bulb and hanger for under £20 on ebay. Also the 1 light could mean less things to go wrong.

I think lowryder #2 is a great strain to try and experiment with. 24 Hour or 18/6 all the way through, with enough light power you can get some decent buds of them.

what would be best to line the inside with? it needs to be reflective and smell proof!

IMHO no, you can go with what you have. It's you're 1st grow? so just do the best you can.

If you want the best for your plants then 6400K to start them off and then swap to 2700K for flowering.

Reflective material like Mylar will do the job but as for odour control that's another thing. As you must fan and ventilate the grow room every now and then the smell will leak out regardless. Unless you completely seal the grow room and control the environment. But for growing 2 or 3 lowryders I wouldn't bother with odour control, they don't smell that much. I guess it all depends on your situation as to how stealthy it must be.

can i go 12/12 from seed? will that stop them growing to tall? if i do 12/12 from seed do i need any 6400k lights? how tall would the get?

right i made a box to go in a box now, sealed it all up, just need to put a door on it! and get some fans, any ideas for a door and fans? the box is now 1m length 60cm height and 30cm depth, and does anyone have a guide to make a envirolite reflector please?
