Does this sound problematic to you ?

Well, I planted my seeds just one week ago directly under a 400 Watt Hps lamp , inside my specially modified closet. since then , my plants ( 2 in total ) have grown big and tall, ... but maybe too tall... And that in fact is my question . Is it normal for a week-old plant to be 10 cm tall ? both my little plants seem to be heavy on top ( since they both have 4 big leaves on top) and unnaturally tall... is this a problem ? is it because i choose to use directly an HPS instead of fluorescence ? but still , my main question is : does it matter ? will it be a problem for my plants to grow properly?

A 1 Week old plant that is 3.5 - 4 inches tall is rather rapid....especially using the Wrong light spectrum during vegative stage....maybe 1 of the more experienced groWers can ansWer ur question...just give it time
