Question Help!!!! Hps Drama

http://www.1000bulbs.com/150-Watt-High-Pressure-Sodium/
I BEG you guys to help(again)!! This is what I am planning to order for my 150 watt HPS bulb. Does this kit come with a freaking cord??? I can't tell and now I am thinking---"Dear God, not something ELSE to have to buy!".
All I want is to be able to work the expensive HPS bulb I bought(as cheaply and safely as possible).
One more thing....if I get a reflector for this little ballast set up, which do you guys recommend, and why?? Yes, I have read and re-read posts and googled my fried brains out....but I am confused again. ugh.
Added some pic for you of my God Bud babies.
Thank you all again for your help and support!!!

Yeah, its got wires...but you will have to hard wire it to an extension cord if you want to be able to plug it up to a wall socket, it will come with easy instructions for hooking it up for power, your power will be the extension cord you have cut the female end off, all the whites go together, ground to gound & black to black...the ignitor & capacitor will have instructions to where to connect. You might want to consider a 400 watt, I dont think its that much more, & for the little extra cash you will get much more light.
When using an open type ballast like that just be sure you gound it real good, you might want to cover it with something that had holes or vents due to exposed wires, & its put off a good bit of heat so think abou that when deciding where to place it.

I went to lowes & got a piece of sheetmetal & bent it in U shape...Kapow, instant reflector, dont get anything real shinny or polished, your just trying to reflect the light around not magnify it.

You might be able to get a ballast cheaper at your local electricle supplier, in fact I'm sure of it, I got a 1000watt & a 400watt ballast / sockets & both bulbs for under 300 bux. oh, & the piece of sheetmetal cost a whopping $6.95.
Good luck...

Thumbs up HPS saga

Thank you for your detailed reply. I think you are right on with the local electrical suppy store suggestion. Have to go into town for that, as Home Depot and Wal-Mart just look at me like I am doing something really naughty, OR they have the look of "what??? duh...."(which is what I feel like when it comes to all this HPS info).
And, you are right, I need to just get the 400watt bulb. The only reason I got the 150 HPS was because it was the first time I had found any, and thought I may not find anymore.
Okay, well, I will go get the ballast this weekend.
Thanks!

And the upgrading starts! you will never stop upgrading now. I'ts a growers curse. i've been through 3 different hps ballasts', 5 or 6 t5 configurations always adding more. Duct fan here, cfl there. "Maybe I should make it bigger?!" I think to myself with a Count Chocula laugh. "Mwa-ha-ha-ha-ha!" It never ends, you can ask anyone here in the City.

Lol, I one accidentally wired a 75 watt incandescent to a 45 watt socket, and the thing popped and shorted the circuit. I was thinking it would be funny if I wired a 1000 watt hps to a 150 watt hps ballast.

Boom.

Oh, I see where this is addictive(the growing that is)! Have been an avid gardener for years, and now a new challenge!
My equipment has changed several times just ove the last 2 months.
Although, now I am worrying about blowing myself up!!
