which would yield more

I have a hydro ebb and flow set up. 600 watt mh and hps. I have two different set ups for veg and flower. The areas are both 4' x 2' and 6' hieghth both have great venalation and air movement with fans, res both have air pumps. I have everything except co2, I might try the yeast and sugar method. My question is would I yield more growing say 8 plants 3' in hieght or 3 plants say 5' in hieght. I have read about the scrog method also but I question the quality. Keep in mind that the bounty is mine all mine, I am not a dealer.

Thank you for your time.

scrog method won't change the quality of the final product. Its the same plant start to finish. Personally, I'd go with 8 plants 3' high... would take less time to grow so you can be smoking it sooner. I'd also be willing to bet the yield would be the same, the only difference would be the amount of time it takes for a 3' to 5' plant. (an extra 4-6 weeks longer?).

just my 2cents

scrog the fuck out of them, it will up your yield big time and will not effect the quality what so ever

Knon thanx for the answer. As time is not of the eccense and I sure would like to grow a bigger plant. Besides the veg area wouls be sitting there doing nothing it could be growing another 8 giants. Yes I like the sound of that. And in the grand scheme of things and what I have been reading the longer a plant veges the more and better the bud will be. Again thanks for your time.

I don't think the scog method would work for me to well. I have two 4 x 2' areas and not the room to move around so much in there.

I have three 42" soil plants under a 1K in the 4-5th week and they will yield more than i can smoke in 6 months.more smaller plants are much easier than the bigger ones unless a scrog is employed.
