Getting Rid of Pollen

OK, so after a long break I've decided to try another grow. But due to several factors, I'm no longer interested in growing clones off of a mother. Instead, I've decided to keep two grow boxes, one for harvest and the other for producing more seeds.

So my big question is this: How do I clean the grow box I used to produce more seeds after the grow is done? I know that it doesn't take much pollen to pollinate a female plant, and so I don't want to have any left over from grow to grow, as this could contaminate the seeds I get from a new grow (I want the seeds to be consistent so that I can keep a library of seeds on hand, for new grows and new crosses).

My best idea so far is to wipe down every surface of the box with bleach, and then with water. Will this be enough to sterilize it before my next grow?

What is the box made out of?
But yea, theoretically you need to whipe down every surface within the vicinity with something sterilizing, but depends on the surface as to what you want to use.

Sorry, I forgot to describe my box! It's a pair of rubbermaid containers, one stacked on top of the other, and lined with black/white poly.
