lr2 growth & sexing

I had a couple questions about the lowryder 2.

I'm wondering whether or not I have to do any sexing of the plant. My understanding is that since it's autoflowering I'll keep it on a 20/4 growth cycle (read that was optimal somewhere) and once it has produced it's first flowers I will be able to tell its sex. If my assumption is wrong and there is some sort of sexing to be done on auto-flowering plants please tell me.

Also since it is auto-flowering and height is a concern in my grow box, how can I halt the plant's vertical growth?

I just started a lr2 grow myself I'm doing 18/6 tho. Anyway, don't top your lr2- its life cycle is too short to recover from it. The lr 2 wont get tall, but if you are concerned about height, then i guess you could lst it. From what i've read, you probably won't need to bother with it.

You can sex the plant when it begins to flower- check out the sticky about sexing plants, it has great pics to help you.
