New Bigger Grow Space!! Need Some Help
Alrighty! I got myself a nice solid wooden cabinet to use at my disposal. It is 18"x18"x4'. Is this enough space to put a HPS light in? or should I just stick to my 3 42W CFL's? At the moment the cabinet is brown, i hear people saying to use mylar but iuno what it even is(well paint no duh but...). should i get a gloss white or matte white or what

i was rummajing(sp?wtf?) around in my basement and found a can of Pratt & Lambert Premium interior latex satin finish, super one coat white. Will this work or just get flat white? & does it have to be "mylar"?

mylar is a foil u line walls with & Idk about other white paints always heard flat white just dont want no hot spots

I would use that paint myself... it will work just fine. save your money for other things.

For my new grow space I have a metal coat hangar suspended at the very top, should i just put my current 3 bulb light fixture in there? or should i get a single bulb fixture & put 3 Y adapters on it so i can have 4 lights all in the middle?

(you can see my current light fixture in one of my pics in my grow journal)

good luck with it!!

I love cannabis growing on the whole scale.

I love seeing the gradual growth, everyday there is noticably more. And I love staring at my plants wondering... why on earth am I classified a criminal right now..??

you will need a HPS for vegetation and flowering however...

ohh and since im going to be setting up the exhaust so it gets taken outside do i need a carbon filter? or once it gets outside will the air dicipate before my dipshit neighbours suspect something?

1plants ordor won't be bad denpends were its exhausted to. As for the lights ive seen many people here on GC grow with cfl's all the way threw and get decent yeild....
