this one is doing great so far its three inches tall, and working on its 4th set of leaves, plus there is two sets of leaves branching off the main stem as well but that kind of worries me because the plant is so short and bushy how can i get more light to the new growth under the older bigger leaves?

What kind of lights do you have?

your plant is still so small that it shouldn't be having any problem with light getting down to the bottom leaves.

i got two of the clamp style shoplights with the adapter that lets you use two bulbs per fixture so i got two bulbs on the side about 3-4 inches and two bulbs on top about 4-5 inches but the leaves are so big its seems like there blocking light.

short and bushy is a good thing to shoot for, means you're giving it plenty of light

if your worried about light reaching the lower leaves you could always LST...

for some reason i keep forgetting its just a plant, so ill probolly wait for the secont one to try LST
