hey i was wondering if it would hurt the plant if i let ithave a lil more darknes then ususal as long as it isnt more light then usual?

Nope, that'll be fine as a one off.

If you do it on a constant basis it will reduce your yield slightly.

well its only like once or twixe a month when we go to the doctor that i may leave them off.
