u should be able to switch w/ no probs, adding a hr, or any extra time will give u closer internodes (shorter & bushier). or u can buy some green light bulbs & put them in the room, plants cant & dont use/see green light. & yes if u do switch, id try to just switch once & stick w/. it, i do all mine on a 24/0

its one of those thing debated about, colder temps will sometimes make the buds turn purple, i do know that UVB bulbs will increase the trich production

yes, if u want that extra quality time, add that extra hr. or like i said if u dont want to mrss w/anything use some green bulbs when u want to go in whe they are sleeping

How about this,whenever i go in if the light is off ill turn it on and add the remaining(what would of been dark period) to the timer.Or should i not mess with that much change and just go 24/7 now at 1" ?

i woulds just go to 24/0, there are some pros & cons to both 24/0 & 18/6, but the biggest con ion 24/0 is that it will usually take a little longer to sex once u switch to 12/12, or u could just do it in steps every wk, 24/0, then 18/6 for a wk, then 12/12

I read once that the transition should begin with a day or two of complete darkness,does this speed up the flowering process?

not true, I tried this on my 2nd whiterhino grow & they turned light green & took almost a week to recover + another week to begin flowering. now Im on WR #4 @ 2 weeks in & already have little clusters forming. today is ezactly 2 weeks, so Ill post pics later on.

How about a soil flush just prior to flower,i guess it really depends on how long you veg for,i bet you dont need to.

nahhhh, you dont need to flush before flowering, veg stage doesnt require high ppm levels(600-800), plus plants still veg for a couple weeks, so the leftover nutes will contribute to this last little burst of growth before flowers appear.

I never gave my seedlings anything except tepid tap water and they turned out awesome. although I would have used my vitamax or your superthrive if i would have had some then.
