so the specs for my machine are about 25" x 20" x 15" Height. There are 8 grow sites specified for the 2" net cups. I dont mind tweaking the amount of grow sites i use. But i wana know how many you reccomend i do(SOG) so that the plants have enough space to grow in comfort?
and how many i can do max(SOG).

i would start w/ 4 plants, 1 in each corner, or diaginal.

1st, the strain u want needs to be indica based (they stay short), 2nd, u can train mj plants to grow how u want them, look into lst - low stress training. i think big bud is a great begginer plant.

In a manual i was reading it was saying i can expand the number of grow sites manually. But i think it was referring to other crop such as tomatoes and lettus. Would you say 8 is the recomended or the max i should consider?

Also when im cloning, do i have to take all my cutting from one mother and keep her alive? Or can i take cuttings from the clones that grow from the mother? Any pros or cons to ethier of these ways?

rockwool is better, i wouldnt go over 8 in that. u can take clones for a mother & then let the clones grow big & clone the clone, u do this to replace your mother.

Ok, I failed with my first seeds, I had 5 and I couldn't get them to germinate. I think I might have waterlogged them because at first I put them in a cup of water for a day, then I took them and put them between two paper towels in a dish with water, may I remind you all that i put about a full cup of water on the paper towels every day so I might have added to much water.

I got 5 new seeds today, 2 of them are light yellowish which means I think they wont work but the other 3 are darker and I think they will work. I dont want to fuck up this time, so, what should I do to germinate them properly?

can someone please fill me in on cloning, i know the concept of it but i have no idea at all how its done, i hear talk of a "mother" plant, i dont even know what that is but by the sounds of it its the plant you get all your clones from.
ill be specific with my questions.
what equiptment do i need?
what part of the mother do i clone?
can i clone outside?
how long untill the clone will have its own root system?

thats about all i can ask at the moment. but if you have important answers to questions i havent asked please fill me in on that too.

I'm sorry if this has been asked, but it's not my idea of a good time reading through 50 pages of posts but...

What soil should I grow in during veg, and what soil should I grow in during flower? I know ferts kill sproutlings, so I've been using soil from my backyard that I know does not have any ferts. I want to take clones, and I want to know what soil I should transfer the rockwool cubes into when they root.

Using a CFL setup with bagseed plant.

Preferably, I'd like to get everything I need from my local home improvement stores.

what type of soil should i use, i dont want to go to a grow store, would i be able to find something suitable at like walmart? and what type of nutrients and ferts should i use also without going to a grow store
