maybe you used too much? i only used fert once, it burnt mine too. you can get worm poop, from lowes or home depot and you can use that, i think you can also spray it on the leaves too and it will give it a boost. (it doesnt have fert in it, so i think it can be used with fert or by itself)

im really only throwing an opinion in.

if u use thge mg ferts mildly & build up, it shouldnt burn them, i have only used mg 20-20-20 for all my grows w/ great results, but only in veg. never feed when soil is dry, that will burn them, if u do get burns, drop down to 1/8 strength vs 1/4 strength, but fert burns show up @ the tips of the leaves.

it looks fem to me, but no white hairs yet so only 90% sure, give it time & it will show. that pinch will be ok, id support the top part w/ something & let it continue to grow, it shouldnt die. & after it recovers fully from the pinch & is able to suopport it self, then top.

I have 4 105 watt CFL lights on my plants right now. I just started on July 1st so no growth yet. I currently have it on a 24/0 light scheme right now to get em going. How long should i Veg for and and how long should i flower for?

Also, should i use different lights for the flowering stage?

if your plants havent sprouted yet, u dont need lights. u can veg for as long or little as u want, some ppl start 12/12 from seed, some ppl veg for 2wks, other veg for 2-3 months (me). generally the longer u veg to bigger your yeild is, its just a personal pref. flowering time depends on the strain, usually between 6-9wks or when 60-75% of the hairs turn red/orange, or when the trichromes reach the growers peak point, youll need a 30x mag glass to see them. refer to the pics below. for veg u need lights in the 6500k-5000k color, & for flowering u want lights w/ 3100k-2100k color. the bulbs should haver the color specs on them or on the box.

Ok cool thank you, so the lights i have now, (4 105 watt CFL bulbs) are good for the entire vegging stage. How many of the 2100k-3100k bulbs should i get for the flowering stage? I have 4 fixtures, would i need 4 bulbs? Also, What is the ideal temperature for indoor growing? I've got it in my attic right now and it gets somewhat hot up there during daytime hours.

the rule of thumb is 50-100w per plant, or a minimum of 3500-5000 lumens per plant, & temps should be around 75-80max, 75 is the $ shot. u could u 1 of the bulbs u have now & add 3 flowering bulbs to it.

OK yea i have about 28,000 lumens total for the veg stage. And i'll order 3 of the flowering bulbs come flowering time. Any other suggestions you could make to help me out from what i've given you? CO2? Watering techniques? Things to add to soil to enhance growth? Anything will be greatly appreciated. Also, about how long does it take to sprout? u need a or some fans, reflectors will help. keep the soil moist not wet until they sprout, after that water when the top 2" of soil is dry, no ferts until around wk 2-3, & keep the lights about 2-4" away from the plants w/ a fan blowing on them. adding perlite to the soil helps root growth & drainage, 25% perlite to 75% soil. organic soil is better. go to lowes & get some "superthrive" in the outdoor garden center. did u germ the seeds 1st or just plant them. if u just planted them, how deep? it can take up to around 2wks to sprout if u didnt germ them 1st.

thanks, its just another lithotripsy for kidney stones, this will be the 7th sugery for stones in 2 months, w/ more to go.

Yea i have a fan blowing right on the lights and pots, and i have some white boards that are about 2 feet wide that kinda reflects the light in. I have the lights about 5 inches away from the soil right now. I've got the seeds in miracle gro. And i didnt germ them, hate to sound ignorant but i dont know what that means. u need to turn those lights & fans off, & u planted too deep, they need to be planted about 1/4" deep, & mg soil is BAD, unless its the organic. id try to safely dig them up & replant them in a dif soil about 1/4" deep. look in the begginer sec, & then germination 101

Ok my friend just informed me that it is the Organic Miracle Gro soil. But should we still try and dig them up and put them closer to the surface? And also, should we remove the lights until they sprout?
