So what you said about gradually putting something on them did you mean light?
Like 2-3 hours the first day i plant it in the cup?
Then 3-5 hours and so on?

how long do i do that until i can plant them outside?

no, lights on them 24/7 inside for 2wk, then follow the steps mentioned b4 when getting ready to put them outside, gradually do it, so they dont die from the intense sun

Just got back from our 24 hour motorcycle endurance ride, my wife & I did 1129 miles in 21 hours and took 3rd place in the 2-up category.....I'm so f'n tired I can't see straight!!

So after almost 3 days hanging in about 30% RH I have a bunch of smaller stems that the buds seem to be pretty dry & the stem makes a cracking sound when you bend them. Should I move these to paper bags at this point and do I leave them in the stems or trim them off bafore bagging?

Also, is 30% RH good or where should I be w/that. I have my vent system going to keep air exchange going, odor gone and mold away.

Any other suggestions?

I have seen many of my friends loose it all. Just because they forgot to plan on how to keep the electric bill down during the rehab.
I know I plan and have a sure fire secret. that works

I have run a house now with 12 lights , 5 tons a/c, timers , fan, exhaust and even more little thing to produce a bill of

$139.00 a month.

everything is going 24/7 in south east part of the us where temps are always high. and the need for a/c is a must!!

smoke a bowl youll feel better, & congrats. i wouldnt bag em, its not a good place to put your buds, if the stem snaps/cracks when bent then its time to cure. airtight containers for curing: glass, cermaic, plastic. other materials can leave a funky taste behind, like metal. i always leave part of the stem for handleing purposses. a good cure is @ least 2wks. & u need to keep them in a cool dark place & open the container for 15-20min 1-2 times a day, & 30-40% rh is ok. if u have to use bags, get ziplock freezer bags.

Sounds good, I had just read lots of recomendations on using brown paper bags for a couple of days inbetween hanging & curing. I have a dozen new glass wide mouth mason jars ready for the task...geez, I sure hope I don't have to get more to handle everything!!

Actually i do. BTW,i have to open and close lots of jars daily myself and find the 2qt IKEA silicone seal lever type the fastest and nicest i have seen.

Did ya look real close at every part of the plant and under the leaves for any hiding bugs?

Salt works well for slugs,isolating the pots from the pest is key after making sure there are none still on the plant.

JCJ does some outside growing and will be on soon,i would say those plants def. have a fighting chance if you can keep those pests away.

Does anybody know if it's too late to plant seeds within the next week or two tops and still get a decent yield in the NE region, upstate NY/?

My friend still is yet to order to seeds. I think it's possible but, does anyone with experience starting a grow this late in a similar region know?....i know he should have just got the seeds earlier that what i said but, i guess he just slept on it.

u can use lime or dolimite lime & make a perimiter around your plants, slugs & snails will not cross it. pissing around the area will work too for animals, & neem oil or insecticidal soap will help w/ the rest, but u have to get the top & under the leaves.

look up the sunrise/sunset times for your area & see when you have 12/12 to determine when or if u can, & check the temps 8-10wks from now, b/c 60 or below wont be able to grow decient bud

Sometimes i wish i could just E-Mail my mother plants to ppl who could really use them cause then id have an excuse to start three new strains(i have several) but just cant seem to find a good way to dispose of such great phenos.
