another bummer, it seems like im starting to have the same probs w/ my habitat killing my plants as i did w/ the hydrohut (same manufacture), but not happing as fast. ive been reading that the gassing-off is happening @ higher temp ranges, mine are around 80-82, but last night it jumped to 84F & now 1 of my plants is starting to yellow, so i put about 4gals worth of frozen water jugs in there & the temps dropped to 74.3, & have also read that foliar feeding them w/ calmag or epsom salt will help them move along w/ there growth, not a fix, but a doable solution, so now i have to figure out a diy idea to keep temps around 74-75, & get my 8" fan running full speed, its running about 1/2-3/4 speed, b/c my house creates a vacume, & w/ it exausting out the window, the vacume is pushing pressure back against the fan makeing it slow down.

I started two seeds indoors under a couple cfl's. Sprouted 2 days ago, about 3 inches tall. Should I let them get a little bigger before I put them outside, or should I throw them outside a.s.a.p? Just want to make sure they aren't too weak. but it's almost june

i would wait till they are about 1-2wks old, then put them out for few hrs @ a time so they get used to the heat & sun, & after a few days of this then put them out, but keep an eye on them.

alright heres my sitch im growinging 3 plants (already seedlings) in a half foot by 1.5 foot plastic garden pot. it's filled in the bottom with some soil i got in the woods. with top soil over it. (previosly only top soil) i have a 40 watt regular bulb from a desk lamp. hopefully geting a cfl soon. i have the plants on an 18/6 cycle, just switched them from 24/7. there in a grow box i made out of a 52 in. flat screen box (lined with aluminum foil) i also added about 17- 23 worms hopeing to make the woodland soil more porus and auto fert from the caseings. ill put pics up in a lil bit. ne suggestions besides get a better light. is spraying the seedlings with seltser water a good idea nd how long should i let them grow befor i start, also peroxide in the water. i saw both in previous posts. thanks for helpin out all us newbies

yes, rid that bulb quick, & get some cfls, 50-100w per plant. get some cpu fans to run a exaust & intake. co2 water is fine @ all stages. & u can use peroxcide if u want, just use 1 cap full (5-10ml) per gal of water. youll need a ph meter, a thermoter & hydrometer to read temps & humidity. temps need to be 75-78, & RH around 50-60%, & water ph needs to be 6.5-6.8. hope this helps, come back if u got more ?'s

Thanks oci, I can hardly wait for a test drive!! One problem I'm having is that I cant take them out of the room to water any longer & I can barely get to the back corner one to water it let alone get rid of 6 gals of runoff water. I'm now just watering VERY slowly until I get some runoff then stopping because my saucers can't hold much. Do you guys have any recommendations....will clearex or some other flushing product help in my situation?

lookin good as usuall. id go by the breeders time, eg: finish in 8wks, id start flushing @ 6wks, & if they finish in 9wks its fine, some ppl will flush longer than 2wks. harvesting is a personal pref, look in my gallery & look @ the "when to harvest" pics, the hair 1,k & the trichs 1, & guage it by that.

can u move the plants, & put some plastic or tarp down & put the plants back on it, then u can water as usuall, & then u have an area for runoff to collect & for the hard to reach plants, get a dowl rod or a long peice of wood, & fasten something on the end to hold the water hose or whatever to water them, as for the runoff, i use a wet/dry vac to vac up any runoff water. im not sure how those flushing products work, read up on them.

its called marijuana lol, but joking aside, its really really hard to tell what the strain of a marijuana plant is just by looks. the only thing i can say is to ask the person who gave u the seed/weed what it was.

dont take this for certain but on my reading the site i would say it's either a stativa or a hybrid tipping in favor of stativa. it doesnt look to have the narrow leafs of an indica

I use a 13"x13"x8"tall clear plastic container for my runoffs and use a 5 gal. bucket with two holes in the top,one for any vacuum you have and another for a hose to suck up the runoff.It beats cleaning a wet/dry and they run the risk of altering the runoff PH depending on what it was used for previously.
