i have 5 males, 4 drying. not sure what to do with them

nice videos, but they use sensimilla bud and no mention of male plants

the flowering time for that is 9wks just harvest when 75-80% of hairs are red, but your best bt is to go by the trichromes which youll need at least a 30x magnifing glass. radioshack sells a 60-100x for 10$

Eliminate mold?
I've put a few seeds to germinate using the paper towel method. Its been a few days since they have been germinating but one seed is surrounded is some sort of greenish- whiteish mold. Will this mold spread to the other seeds? How do i remove it?

IMO it is wrong to harvest according to hair color. I wouldnt steer noobs in this direction. I would go by trichs.

this has happened to me where the seed was bad & temps got to high, id remove that seed & scrape away the mold & take 1 drop of hydrongen peroxcide & drop it right where that seed was. mold also needs light to grow, so make sure its completly dark

i agree, but i dont think he has a mag glass, & from what i was gathering from his ?'s was the wks it takes to reach harvest, & i just through that pic in there as a referance, ill edit it. + rep for pickin that up.

Do you think that metal halide grow lights? How many watts should be used for 4 plants? What are lumens?
