neem oil is neem oil, just make sure its 70%+,http://www.ghorganics.com/SupremeNeemOil.html (100%) & http://www.planetnatural.com/site/neem-oil.html (70%) , u should start feeding them at wk 2-3, starting at 1/4 strength nutes, & if u want the best of the best buy these http://www.advancednutrients.com/org...upplements.php

if or when u do change the ph, do it gradually in small incriments, not to stress the plants too much.

if u where to keep a log then id say yes from the date u started germin, but on the other hand a plants age should start when it sprouts, & the flowering time starts when 12/12 is started.

your watering is fine, its good to let the soil dry out every wk or 2. u need to transplant them into bigger pots, they are getting pot bound, the roots coming out the drainage holes will grow mold, b/c roots that get exposed to light & air will die (rot) & grow mold.

When it sprouts is when it is soaked and then the PT method will sprout further, but popin through the top of soil is what you say is the formal time to start the plants b-day?

Before you transplant i would cut away any brown ,dead or molded roots prior to its new soil home.

Two problems baby WW, there 3 weeks old 2" tall 5" wide 3/16" stems,#1 just the beginning of some bright yellowing just in from the edge of one top leaf, looks like some type of dif.?Was using 40% nutes cause collor was a lil light but this morning went to h2o only.#2 Other plant has now two leaves one looks like a tiny hole so i cleaned off the under side onto a slide and looked w 100x mag. and may have found a mite or bug as that leaf was touching the soil cause there so short, now have mylar under and leaf it now a bit taller, should i cut off the damaged part? The other has a tear like look but no sign of bugs and this leaf is on the top.
