i just did it the other day to my plants
they are approx 3 months old and about 3.5' tall
was just lookin at my plants after not really paying much attn. to the sexing
part, and wasnt planning on doin it for another week.
i was removing the dead and yellow shit from the bottom of them and noticed that there was tiny amounts of new growth on some of the nodes,
so after examining the tallest branches on all 15 of my plants i foud that i had 7 females
the most identifiable preflowres seemed to be located abou2 inches down from the newest growth at the top of the plant
females look like a really small miniature sized almost microscopic hershey kiss with a couple of hairs protruding from the top that are about the thickness of about 1/10 of a piece of thread
males just look like a really small cabbage,
depending on maturity it may have a little stem on it.
you may want to use a 30x microscope just to make sure you dont hack down the wrong plants, and like i said before, my plants didnt show till about 3 mos. so you may wanna consider that too
hope ths helps
