What kind of fan should i buy?
i have about 3 fans blowing onmy 400w MH ballast but the temps are still in the lower to mid 90's. I'm thinking of running a duct from the top of the ballast and exhausting the hot air out with a fan.. but i'm unsure of which one to buy...is it an inline fan or a squirrel cage fan? Also, does anyone know where i can buy a cheap one... every damn site i've been to sells them for $80 or more.. +rep to whomever helps me

you sure that fan has enough CFM's??? my closet is about 2' wide, 8-10' tall, and about 8' long...

1.) buy an inline fan. 2.) Make sure your INLET's are twice as big as your outlets so you dont put stress on your fans trying to suck the air out (think of how hard it is to suck air through a straw thats what your fans would have to deal with) 3.) Calculate your the space in your box and then buy a fan that has the ability to remove the air rapidly enough to cope with your light. 4.) There is a search button use it, you could of had the answer you needed solved before you even started. 5.) Please dont +rep me, just remember search is your friend. 6.) Good luck with you grow!

get a squirrel fan at least 140 cfm... dont fuck with no inline fan,,, your deminsions are too small,,, you need good suction,,, due to the sig. rules my grow journals are no longer posted below,,,,
but i bumped it,, if your intrested,,,, look for'' 5 females in full flower,,, closet grow..'' your going to have some trapped in heat due to the small size of your room,,, that 400 does get hot quick.... gotta go, got company..... it's bumped for you///
