these plants look like midgets one is 4" other 3" and their almost 30 days

if you put some photos up can get a better look
you should veg for 8 weeks or more i think 8 weeks is the standad

are you watering and giving them enough light?

some srains are just small in general

you can veg for as long as you want to you can veg for 3 months till there 6ft tall and then flower and grow trees

6ft tall is not happening b/c their almost 4 wks but 4" tall, by 8th wk they would be 8" or 9" , the other plant is 3" tall so it'll be 6" or 7"
hps light is about 2 ft above plants ,cfls about 1ft above plants
temps are 84-85 deg w/ hps on res. temp is 74 deg
should they veg 4-5 wks longer ?

2 feet away is pretty far away for hid lights. i use 1000 watts and am usually 16-18" from the tops. what wattage you using? cfl's at 1 foot away is a waste, totally. flourescent lighting can be "very" close w/o any worries. 84-85 is kinda warm. get yourself some air circulating in there. your rez shouldn't be above 70 my friend. chill it somehow. you veg based on your verticle space. if you're limited, flower early.

400w hps , 3 x 27w 5500k lumens cfl's , today expanded grow rm 1ft wider!!size 3ft wide , 5 1/2ft tall , and 1 1/2ft deep ,temps dropped 3 deg !! next ,the 8" honeywell fan above lights pushing air out ,hope this works

gotta get $$ for air cooled reflector ,its hot as hell in there

I had leaves looking much the same (and very small plants) with my first hydro grow. I went back to soil and things were great. Anyhow, I suggest moving the light closer.
