First attempt at growing

This is my first post, haha. Btw, I am a newb at growing lol. Well it's been almost a week now since I planted the first plant and like 3 days ago for the other plant, and I was wondering when it is the time for me to transfer the plants into bigger pots. Btw, I am keeping them by my window sill (good sunlight) until they get bigger and time for me to move them outside in my backyard. I've posted the pics below.
And I was also wondering, the plant on the left seems to be bending down and is that normal or am I doing something wrong?

Stretching quite a lot. Repot them, and bury the stems all the way up to the Cotyledons (little round leaves). Then toss a CFL over them, at about 3-4 inches away.

Indeed your plants are stretched, they are trying to get closer to the light source becuase they arnt getting enough of it (light) repotting wont be necessary however for awile as suggested, if they are solo 16 oz cups you will be perfectly fine to leave them in their current homes for at least a month. You can usualy see when a plant is starting to get root bound buy letting the soil get fairly dry, it will start to compact and leave a gap between the cup and the sup, squeeze the cup and look down in, if you see roots surrounding the edge of the soil starting to tangle in with themselfs, its time to repot to a larger home, but i promise you wont need to do anything of the such for at least another month. Just work on getting them so more light right now.

Aiite thanks man. I already replanted them in bigger pots so I wouldn't have to do it later and I left them in my backyard at a good spot that will get much sunlight.

Good deal bro, just be careful in watering them now that they are in such large pots, its very easy to overwater or have problems with mold in the roots which will definatly lead to other problems down the road. Now that they are in such large pots, the roots arnt even in half the area of the soil in the pot so just picture where the roots would be (generaly as far around as the plant is tall) and water right in that location around it not the whole pot, the unused water is just going to sit there everytime you water the plant given you have a good soil and cause mold to grow in the soil then spreading to the roots of your plant.
