i got this question running through my head right now....what are some of the causes of plant stress?

Instead of just copying and pasteing something i will go more in depth for you.
Stress can be caused from numerious factors, light burn as already stated, weird lighting times, tieng your plant down (lst or one of the other methods) overwatering, flowering your plant for a short period of time just to find out the sex then putting it back into veg, etc.. there are tons of things that would stress a plant.
The biggest thing that happens when a plant is stressed is it has a tendencey to turn hermi or male, whichever is worse you pick, it also has slowed growth, and deformation as already stated but that can also be from genetics and the seed condition you picked to use.
I hope i was able to shed alittle more light on the situation.
