Growing outside
i am attepting to grow outside how do i know if i have a male or female ? the seeds are just some bag seeds

You can't tell by the seeds unless you go out and buy feminized ones. Since you're growing off of bagseed, you'll have to wait until the days become shorter, and flowering kicks in. If it's a male, you'll see little balls on the nodes. A female will have white hairs. Check out SpanishFly's thread on sexing.

"Feminized" seeds are by no guarantee female. Good feminized seeds have a higher ratio of females. Also a much higher ratio of hermies/mutants.

Yes you cant smoke males, the leaves will give you a headache, there is not enough thc in them to get high. The white hairs will be where the bud will grow, right at the node, where the leaf branches from the main stem. If you are planting multiple plants, it would be wise to catch the males early so they don't pollinate your females.

I have been using feminized seeds for two years now and never had a problem with hermies / mutants yet. Enjoy your growing.

They usually show up on the third or fourth internode from the top.

i am sorry but i had a misunderstanding bagseeds are ? i think they are from some her you bought thts wher i got mine so i tht that was a bagseed or are they the kind you buy ?
