That is definatly very stretched, if the weather is nice for a second i would be putting it outside in the fresh air and sunlight since its in a cup you can just bring it back in whenever a problem occurs weather wise.
When you are ready to transplant the plant what most people do with stretched plants is berry that stretched part under soil so there is only about an inch above, in most cases that part thats berryed under soil will start to grow roots after awile of being under soil and not being hit by light.
Finally, stress is a common factor of causeing males, and of course, being stretched haveing to work for light for the most part of a plants life is a good factor of stress, so try to treat it well from here on out.
