This is my first grow and was wondering. Ive got 4 plants growing in an aero grow system. I have 1 150w HPS and 2 26 watt high powered fluros. is this enough to get nice buds with, and ive heard the plants double in size when flowering, is this true. well i start flowering on monday so wish me luck...

probly gonna want more light rule of thumb is like 100 watts per plants

I have heard the rule of HID lights are 3x what floros are, so: 150 watts of HID=450 of floros. So 450+52(your cfls)= 502 watts. So if I am correct your just fine with those lights. And remember half of your plants are going to be female.

Actually, rule of thumb for indoor growing is x ammount of watts per square inch of the grow room, depending on how many plants you have and how large youd like to get them would be your x factor.
As to the poster, you should be fine considering you been the plants fairly small before flowering them, i have seen worse conditions then yours and they have ended up fairly prosperious.

thx for the help. my space is a 3x3x6, and there 29in tall. i start flowering tommorow so what i have will have to work.
