(1st time grow). Is this a problem?
I planted 4 plants outside on April 1st. None of them are any taller than 2 or 3 inches. Is this a problem? It has been cold so do you think this would have any affect on them? Help appreciated

are they in small pots?
how cold does it get? In what type of climate do you live? they could be root bound. check and see if roots are stickin out the bottom of the pots if youre using them. if they are a lot of roots pokin out, you should translant them into big pots or the ground
