well more than two really but, theyre about yield, and lighting

First off has, anyone here grown or known one to have grown some NL X Shiva, im wondering what kind of yield I can expect off of one plant at 250-300watts ,hps, I was told it would yield roughly 450 on the board,, and I saw on the seed website it said per m2 (which I assume is a sea of green method)Which is why i wondered if anyone has experience with this plant... I plan on putting my plant into a box of roughly 2.5ftx2.5ft x 4.5-5.5ft h ,,
just wanted to know if i can expect that kind of yield in that sort of setup, assuming iI use the proper cutting technique and any LST if needed.

and the second question being HPS vs Metal Hallide Light ... is the HPS a lot better? does the MHL get very hot? would i need to expect any heat issues from 250-300watt HPS? Thankyou very much in advance for taking the time to respond to my questions.
