HYdro transfer question Please Help!

I have been told my Wilma system has now been dispatched.....looking at the photos, would a hydro grower please give an opinion whether or not I should transfer my fairly established plant plus the seedlings into the hydro system. I am a total beginner with hydro, though I have done a lot of reading. I'm worried about the stress of transfer for my plants. Please somebody take a little time to answer me and I would be most grateful thank you.
