Quick easy question...

Ok i saw this 75 Watt grow light at a store for $9, I was wondering if this is a ok light to grow with of course with a few other lights to help. I will have 3 100 watt CFL's even if I don't buy and use this grow light. Right now I am germanating my seeds, I am using the free ones first they r South African Durban Poison X Skunk #1. I read that they are very easy to grow which is good since they were the freebies that came with my Jock Horror. But anywho back to the question, Will that grow light work or be of any assistance. Thank you guys.

P.S.- At the current time I don't have enough money to buy better lights because of bills so I am just hoping that they will work. :smok ing:

If the light is shaped like a regular incandescent bulb, looks like a regular bulb, or even a halogen, don't bother buying it. Those types make too much heat and not enough light for our plant. Stick with CFLs, if you wanna add more light, get a good daylight bulb.
Also, when you refer to the wattage of your CFL's, use the actual wattage, not the incandescent equivalent. For instance, 26w=100w, so yours are most likely 26w. It just puts out as much light as a 100w incandescent.
