Re: FAQ"S-Common Ballast ANSI codes for HID lighting.

Hey, great thread, I have a quick question for anyone able to answer this, I have a seedling, about 2 inches tall so far, my first grow.

Right now im using a crappy little aquarium light, but I got 2 HPS lights, a 35w Sylvania Indoor Outdoor bulb, and a Lucalox 70w HPS Outdoor, Im pretty shure im going to be using the 35w seeing as its a closet grow, my quuestion is, what can I put the bulb in, I dont have a ballast and I have no idea where to get one, is there anything else I can use? I do have one of these

But I really dont wanna use it with an HPS bulb unless I know nothing terrable is going to happen

Any help would be awsome! Thanks!
