Yes they would be smokable but my guess is they will be soo small and not very potent. The fan leaves play an important role of the plant's photosynthesis process because they make the sugars or food for that certain bud site which in hand yields a bigger better bud. This is why it is very important not to prune any fan leaves during the flowering process if you want to maximize your results.

if i put sugar in my water, would that counterbalance the need for fan leaves? i ask because theres only about 4 - 5 fan leaves left on my plant. From the middle on down, the fan leaves are either yellow or dead, and im afraid it might spread to my other fan leaves. other then that, my plant is green and healthy
