cool tube?

i am trying to construct my own cool tube. my question is if i were to leave one end open and used the cool tube as an exaust, could that work or does the tube have to be completely sealed from the grow chamber. when i say sealed i don't mean from the outside of the grow room just the inside.sealed from plant life. sorry im such a newbie

I'm not sure I follow you -- the first part of your question sounds different than the second part. If you mean that the cool tube draws from inside the box and then exhausts to out of the box then yes that will work. The box still needs fresh air intake from outside. We cannot predict if this will result in the temps you want, though, because that depends on all of your particular conditions.
