add in a section on harvesting

when and whatnot to harvest...

and some more tips on outdoor stuff...

hey, my quick question is when i see preflowers on my plants do i switch over to flowering fertilizers or keep applying vegetative until the flowers get bigger. so basically when do i switch over to flowering fertilizers. btw, theyre 6 weeks old fromk seed today if that helps
