So this will also make the final plants shorter I'm guessing? Smaller and more dense? .

WOW this is amazing. That plant in your sig is 5 weeks old? o.o I have read about training tops of plants into S shapes (Ed Rosenthal) but this... its cool. Got a 3 week old plant just starting its 4th set of leafs (Bagseed, from an amazing strain) and i am definatly gonna try this. Another question, do you have any tutorials on cloning? I would like to turn her into a mother as well =) (god i hope)

this is prolly a stupid question but im a bit confused... i have some speed queen seeds and wanna lst the plants but does it change the way regular plants grow and flower at the "new tops"? in previous grows, the plants only flowered along the main stem and i wanna get as much information before i plant the new crop.

depends on how much light you get, but in general I think its mostly best for indor grows where light is static.

oh no, i dont think you'd be better off not doing it, you just wont see as dramatic of a response,, if your into the extra care and attention it takes. i say LST them, but its not a "set it and forget it" type of deal,, you have to re adjust, make sure your not strangling the plant etc...

its not a one time thing.

Talking Amazing tutorial!

Excelent post, this is my first read post in grass city, so, I guess I have a lot to read during this weeks, .

I´m about to LST my 2 plants, I read this post 45 days ago and decided to grow again, this is my second time, and now they look like they are praying to be LSTed, .

I´ll post pictures of them in some time....

Silly Question,

What if you're not doing a soil grow? whats the best way to anchor down, e.g. using a DWC 5 gal bucket.

Drill holes in the side of the bucket, use push pins or paper clips, put the bucket in a milk crate and tie to that, any number of ways.
