Never remove healthy leaves.

In flower, you can remove any that have begun yellowing to make light more available to lower bud but during veg and preflower, you want to leave them alone. If anything, just tuck them out of the way.

Not cutting he top would be fine, your just losing out on an extra bud site. You could veg it as long as you like. Remember though the longer you veg w/ the spiral method you are going to have to try and keep a somewhat level canopy. That means a lot of tying down or super-cropping. More veg time=more bud...I think

Here is mine at 46 days from seed. The stem is only half way round the pot.

I can't get one to go more than 1/2 way around the pot so far. Been in veg for 10 weeks. Is it me?

I dont think so man. Im having the same issues. It would take me like an extra month and a half to get all the way around. I just said fuck it and kept topping and super-cropping to get more sites and to keep an even canopy.

yeah, ive decided i think im going to grow in wider pots.
spiral around the whole way.
veg a little more.
top all the side branches. (all the new tops created, side branches now growing upwards)
1 week veg.
fim all spots.
10 day veg.
flower.

im hoping to have a good 10-15+ colas per plant. sound good?
lookin for bushes of buddddddd

Sounds good man, do it to it. Start a journal if you can, it helps a lot. Always interested in others lst methods. By the time you get all the way around + fimming you will have a lot more tops than that.

You could always try LBH's 4-way method. A lot more symmetrical and imo easier to keep the canopy even.

and how much, dry do you think is shown in that pic? 2 ozs?

yeah, im too excited to start my first grow.

ive grow before, but nothing major. just threw some seeds outside and watched em grow unsuccessfully. lol.
right now i have a plant outside, just because i like seeeing the growth or cannibis so much.

i planted it a month ago, and its living strong through the cold weather and frost here in ky. dont really expect it to live thru the winter or get much off of it. but its a nice little plant.


when i do my grow, and it starts to show maturity automatially during veg, can i continue to grow?

i want to lst, and lst, and lst and lst some more, and top top top top. and keep doing so untill i have a nice bush like yours, then veg for a bit to get some height. i want to have a thick block of buds. =] if shes started showing pistils while still a short bush would it be ok to continue to veg? or do i need to start flowering when she starts to show?

LBH's reputation is pretty shady, I wouldnt do it man . Jk, he is mighty good with the plants...and fish too I guess.
