Stick your finger down the side of the pot. If you feel alot of roots then its root bound, wich means its time to transplant.

As for your grow box line it with mylar or paint it white ot the inside.
And i would suggest covering the top so its light-proof, because light will get in during the dark period in flowering. Wich will stunt the growth and make the buds light and airy.

What kind of light is that?

i think you should either paint the walls white or put some mylar in and also cover the top so the light doesnt escape from teh plants

Cause I'd still be paranoid if I had something electric with some clothes next to it. But you're probably using the clothes to hide the plant from your parents or something, good luck.

agreed ....

dont be putting your finger into the pots .... you will just brake up the rooting system .. they dont want to be played around with or disturbed too much ... a good way to kill a plant ... just either judge the plant ... i.e the roots are generally the same size as the plant .... so if the plant looks alot bigger than the pot then yes try repotting .... if its about the same size .. pick the pot up and look underneath to see if any roots are trying to come through the drainage holes .. if so then it is more than likely time to repot ... there are no strict rules as such .. you will find everyone has therre own way of doing things and you will also find your own way at some point .. keep having fun thats the main thing eh

as others have said you would benefit from getting some kind of reflection in there and it looks like you are going to need more lights if you plan on flowering them in there

and if you are using the shirts etc to hide things from your parents or whatever then dont forget them plants are gonna absolutley stink when they get bigger ... any ventilation or anything planned??? and a small fan blowing on them would do them some good too
