New Germination Setup

Hi all, my first post because I've been getting frustrated, my plants keep dying during the vegitation setup. Originally it was just a box with the shiny material, forgot the name but its the best to by, most reflective, and the inside a bulb standing upright (fluorescent) but they weren't growing properly. long thin stems, and ... overall ugly, so this is my new setup.

The inside of the bucket is once again surrounded by the shiny material (if anyone knows the name let me know, its the recommended reflective one).
Fan on the side to constantly blow air in, light is not too close to burn to it, vegitation cubes ,etc.
Recommendations are appreciated

i'm no expert man, but i think the reflective material isn't necessary for the seedlings, that is probably making the plants to hot, and those compacts can get pretty hot...thats all i know man...good luck...
