couple of questions i hope some one can help me with?
i have 400 watt HPS and a double 40 flourecent.How long should i leave infant plants under flourecent before i should put them under HPS on veg cycle

as far as i know you can do this as soon as they sprout up? anyone out there, feel free to correct me if i'm wrong

im now growing full life of plants under HPS.
thinking about adding a 40w shoplights to the next cycle of seedlings for some extra blues during veg. but im so darn happy with my 430w HPS for the full cycle that i cant see changin much. cheap, easy and works like a charm.

same here. I've got 6 seedlings under a 250w HPS and they're growing far more quickly than under the fluros I used to use. I wouldn't bother with the other lights, but it all helps, just uses more electricity than it's worth...

easy...
