ok i know in either vegging or flowering a plant needs both blue and red like for good growth...but i'm wondering if i should use like a agrosun mh for veg and a son agro hps for flower? or just i just get like seperate floro's with standard hps and mh to grow? also do they make the agrosun bulbs for a 250w hps or mh? thanks for any help...

You need a HPS to flower.
MH don't work with flowering.
But you can grow the whole plant on HPS

Just go for the HPS, it will work out cheaper in the end, even if the HPS is a bit more expensive than the MH

AgroSun Gold Metal Halide bulbs have a high amount of blue with a decent high amount of red thus its nickname (Sodium & Halide) bulb, this will get your thru the vegging with close internodes and flowering cycle with a nice set of buds because both spectrums are preferred when flowering as to create a nice dense amount of buds, if you have a metal halide ballast only than get the Agro Sun Gold MH Bulb, if you have a high pressure sodium bulb than get the Son Agro Bulb as it too has both spectrums as well.
