What's The Best Way To Harvest/cure?

my plants are almost done, and i was wondering what the best way to harvest would be, and also what is the best way of curing it.

1. Cut 'em down whole.
2. Hang 'em high in a cool dark place with a little bit of air circulation.
3. After a couple of weeks the stems should break. If they have to bend first to break, its still too wet. If they snap its too dry.
4. Pull off the big fan leaves and discard, unless they have crystals on them and then keep them.
5. Cut off all the other buds and crystal covered leaves and put them in glass jars and seal them up. Fill the jars up a 2/3 full. You can add fresh orangel/emon/lime peel to add flavor and tatse.
6. Every couple days open the jars and let then breath new air.
7. Repeat for a month.
8. Enjoy your hard work!
