Hello I live in Pennsylvania and i was thinkng about growing a plant..
my question is should i grow it inside or out
and does it smell when you grow?

Im gonna say thats up to you, outdoors of course you are going to get more of a yeild and its not as sketch but mother nature may deside to take them out ex. flooding. The sun is going to make the entire plant bud too compared to just the tops. Being indoor you can grow headier strains and completly control the enviornment which is important when growing. I suggest you read many grow guides on the internet for indoor and out and then you deside. grampa grow guide is a good one for indoors and there are plenty to find out there

yes, definately read as much as you can. I read a whole lot and fucked up a good deal for a year before I started my indoor. I had a single outdoor plant that got stolen and now I've got a micro grow and even now, with a whole year's worth of buying books, looking into proper supplies and stores, theorizing, chatting on the internet, etc. etc. etc. I STILL have some trouble growing, so just do your research cuz it can only help.

Not entirely true, check into training methods such as LST. All you need to do is manipulate your plants to ensure light penetration to budsites. Of course, it will require a lot more tender lovin' care on your part but well worth the control you gain over your plants. There are benefits to both grow sites but if you have the time/money/space to setup an indoor operation the end product is well worth it.

Read as much as you can, your plant will love you for it.
